Manager, Partnerships

About the Role
The Manager, Partnership Programs will be responsible for the growth, management and the execution of its overall elements including the development of annual partner marketing plans, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives.
You will have a growth mindset when it comes to managing partners and must be comfortable working with analytics to understand the business.
The daily aspects of this position include but are not limited to:
Driving Growth
- Initiate strategic initiatives with the goal of increasing engagement with partners
- Leverage analytics and insights to build business cases and quantify investments/projected
growth
- Implement a test and learn approach.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
- Manage account portfolio strategically with premium service levels for our partners
- Reporting, data analysis, etc.
- Development of business strategies to support the growth of our partnerships and programs
- Manage the relationship with external service providers and agencies
Communication
- Ability to deliver compelling storytelling about our organization and vision
- Develop and craft integrated marketing communications for the national office and regional
- Capture stakeholder feedback with the goal of strengthening the business and our associated
relationships
Marketing
- Execution of program’s campaigns/initiatives from concept to market while working with other internal/external stakeholders
- Analyze ROI for program campaigns/initiatives to provide post-campaign
insights/recommendations report
Performance Insights
- Working with data and metrics to provide high-level insights and identify opportunities and gaps
- Strategic thinking to identify new opportunities and leverage partnerships to support other
business lines.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree in business administration, communication, or marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management and/or loyalty program experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Leadership experience and skills
- Highly developed analytical capabilities.
- Dynamic delivery and storytelling skills
